What to Include in Your Report

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the following in your email:

  • Your ClgKart registered email address.
  • The Order ID or Product ID, if applicable.
  • The username or email of the other user involved.
  • A clear and detailed description of the issue.
  • Any relevant screenshots or evidence.
